How to Request a Return

• You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and include all original accessories and packaging.

• Send an email to rociogago@rociogago.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

• We will respond within 48 business hours with the necessary return instructions.

Return Shipping Conditions

• Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping method and covering the return costs.

• In cases of defective or damaged items, Rocío Gago will cover the return shipping expenses.
