Parts Care
The pieces are designed and handcrafted by me. Caring for them will help you keep them in perfect condition and maintain their shine for a timeless time by following these tips:
- We do not recommend using them in the shower, pool or sea.
- These are delicate pieces and can be damaged by continued use with liquids such as colognes, perfumes, creams, or oils. We recommend removing any jewelry before participating in any physical activity or going to sleep.
- Clean jewelry only with soft chamois cloths or cotton cloths lightly moistened with warm water and, if necessary, neutral soap. If necessary, use an extra-soft toothbrush to access more difficult areas. Always avoid applying excessive pressure or cleaning for too long, as this could also damage the gold plating. And be sure to dry the jewelry completely afterward.
- Check closures frequently.
- Your jewelry should always be stored away from humid spaces, such as the bathroom, and away from direct sunlight. Ideally, a padded jewelry box or individual pouches, or any container that will prevent the pieces from tarnishing quickly, should be used. Please note that Rocío Gago boxes are not designed to keep items in perfect condition for extended periods of time, as they are not airtight containers, and color changes may occur over time with disuse.
