RETURN POLICY
In our store we always try to facilitate the purchasing process carried out at www.rociogago.com. Below we indicate our conditions for exchanges and returns. However, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at info @rociogago.com
How to process a return:
- You have 15 days to make your returns. To make a return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no apparent signs of use, accessories and original packaging.

- Send an email to info @rociogago.com indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.
- Within a maximum period of 48 business hours from receipt of the return request, and unless incidents are detected in the data provided, it will communicate its approval to the customer by responding to the return request email, at which point The customer will have to manage the shipping of the item
- Put in a box or on the items you want to exchange or return.
- Send us the package by mail to our store at Avenida San Luis 93 11A, Madrid, Spain. (The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.)
- Once the return is received, our After-sales department will refund the amount of the returned garment to the account with which you made the payment.
- The processing time for a return from the moment we receive it in our logistics center is 5-7 days.
