We ship worldwide via DHL Express . For shipments outside the countries or areas identified below, please contact us for detailed information.
We are located in Spain, where our jewelry workshop is located. We have distribution centers in Spain and Mexico from where shipments are made to different countries.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
No, in those countries where it is necessary to pay customs fees (countries outside the EU and specifically, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada) we take care of the management of the additional fees and taxes and assume the cost that may be incurred. Shipments to Mexico are made from our warehouse located there and, therefore, are shipments made from the same country.
NO SURPRISES: The cost is what you paid when purchasing online. There are no additional charges when the product is delivered to its destination for international shipments. We assume the cost of customs, taxes and customs procedures.

During special sales periods such as sales, outlets, promotions or Christmas, shipping times may be increased.
Problems during delivery to the customer's home are beyond our control.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
The company undertakes to deliver it within the estimated time (see table below) once they have left our logistics center.
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day other than Fridays, your order will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after 4pm, it will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 p.m. or on the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the following business day if it is a holiday.
You can check the status of your shipment at any time in our virtual tracking that you receive automatically in your email through our transport provider. DHL Express. No deliveries are made on weekends.
